our product - i.e. "portable sectional building" - providing that
the structure is within certain size limits which in turn are governed
by the size and other aspects of your property. The usual criteria

planning officer if in doubt.
Also recommended is the booklet: "Planning A Guide for Householders"
by the Department of the Environment. It may be available in your
local library.
You may need permission if you intend to use use your conservatory
for commercial use (i.e. an office), or if it goes against original
planning permission for the house.
We are licensed credit brokers and can offer terms of 6 months INTEREST
FREE to 120 months at competitive rates.
Buildings can be ordered on-line through our SECURE SERVER. In such
cases, payment in full will be required at the time of ordering.
By special arrangement our terms can be varied.
We reserve the right to make a charge for delivery outside of mainland
England and Wales unless otherwise stated.
We will endeavour to deliver within a 28 day period, although leads
times will vary according to season.
Complaints - will be dealt with according to each manufacturers own
guidelines in a fair and confidential manner. If replacement goods
are required in order to rectify any default or deficiency, this should
take no longer than 10 working days.
Should for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be
done so in writing no later than 7 days after receiving the goods.
You may however be responsible for the costs of returning goods unless
your reasons are validated by this office.
On made-to-measure buildings it may be necessary for us to arrange
a site visit prior to manufacture. This service is free-of-charge
once your order is placed. If you take advantage of this service
before ordering your building then a fully refundable charge of
£ 125 + VAT will be levied which we will deduct from the cost of
your conservatory when your order is placed.
If you are a concerned environmentalist, you will find it reassuring
to learn that all the hardwood used in the manufacture of the Cotswold
Collection is obtained from managed forests with a re-planting programme.
We mainly use a hardwood timber called Meranti, which is obtained
from countries such as Malaysia. The sustainable forest management
in this country has long been the concept of its National Forest
policy.
All polycarbonate has a protective coating which blocks out 98%
of UV rays.
Q. What is a 'U' value?
A. 'U' Values are a measurement of a materials (or combination of
materials) insulation properties i.e. its ability to prevent heat
loss.
